The Paw Pounder is one of our biggest fundraisers(friendraisers) of the year and really does put the "FUN" in fundraising. Think of it, several hundred people decked out in Paw Pounder Walk t-shirts and their pooches wandering the grounds, visiting vendors, participating in contests, attending the Blessing of the Animals and finally enjoying a 1 ½ mile walk on the beautiful Frranklin Greenway Trail.
Walk with your best four legged friend or grab co-workers, family or friends and form a dog pack. The more money you raise, the more animals you help.
The 2008 Paw Pounder has been scheduled for Saturday Oct. 11 at Craig Park in Greenwood. Watch fior additional details and an entry form coming early summer.

This annual event is sponsored by Heartland Community Bank and Town House Gifts of Franklin. The Race happens on the first Saturday in October as part of the Franklin Fall Festival on the town square. See 2005, 2006 photos in our gallery
